Frank Toral, Senior Partner of Toral Law and Founder of Toral Family Foundation (TFF), was recently published in the Brain Injury Professional Magazine as a result of his dedication and commitment to Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) patients. In the article, Toral explains that in order to have the greatest impact on the overall outcome of the TBI patient/client, the full spectrum of the patient and family needs must be addressed. It is also equally as important to have legal and health care communities willing to collaborate as a team.
Toral is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School Center in which he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1992. Prior to the year 1995, when Toral & Associates was founded, Toral served as an Assistant State Attorney (1992-1993) before becoming a traumatic brain injury attorney. While working in the office of the Broward County State Attorney, Toral tried over 50 jury trials as well as had experience with individuals that were injured due to the carelessness of others. After much time and patience, Toral and his partners transformed their practice into one of the most well-respected law firms in Ft. Lauderdale.
Toral is a frequent speaker on traumatic brain injury and authored two handbooks, Brain Injury: Where do we go from here? and My Child has a Brain Injury. What do I do now?, designed to serve as a resource for individuals and their families whom have been impacted by a brain injury.
